different
kinds

sessions:
High
impact
session:
Boxing,
Kickboxing,
calisthenics

not
require
much
anaerobic
strength
and
conditioning.

Subject

Customized
session:
weight
lifting,
boxing,
Polaris,
calisthenics
and
just
about
whatever
it
takes

take
you
closer
to
your
goals

every
