In other words, we are committed to you. This facility is loaded with every technology of training you could possibly need. Our job is to find out which training technology best applies to you.

PROGRAM PRICES:

Remember, everyone is different therefore program prices are tailored to each individual. We have two different kinds of sessions:

High impact session: Boxing, Kickboxing, calisthenics and any other modality that does not require much anaerobic strength and conditioning. This session is $35.
Subject to availability

Customized session: weight lifting, boxing, Polaris, calisthenics and just about whatever it takes to take you closer to your goals in every session. This session is $50.
